We are looking for a passionate, experienced UX Designer to transform imagination into solid concept. You will work side by side with a team of talented designers, developers to research, ideate, wireframe, mock-up and design user experiences.

Skills and experiences you'll need

• 5+ years’ experience in User Experience Design
• Sense for understanding and validating business ideas
• You have shipped multiple successful products end-to-end
• Pro level in industry-standard prototyping tools
• Deep understanding of UX principles
• Ability to set direction, lead, train and mentor designers
• Patient to listen carefully
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Passion for digital technologies, stuffs, gadgets

What you'll do

• Understand and analyse the client’s industry, competitors, business model, and user types
• Conduct research, review and interpret findings
• conceptualize and map out user-flow and other information architecture deliverables
• Create modular, scalable wireframes and mockups that creatively apply consistent interface patterns across a variety of use cases and device types
• Recognize when to balance business needs and design aesthetic against UX best practices
• Provide and receive critiques on wireframes, mockups, and developed products
• Work closely in a team environment with other designers and developers
• Articulate and defend what you create, how it drives your process, and most importantly why it is effective
