50strong’s mentoring programme connects military-affiliated jobseekers and students with experienced professionals across many industries and career paths. Mentees get unlimited one-to-one conversations, and the network of partner organisations keeps growing. The programme needed a platform that handles structured programmes, participant onboarding and community, while staying flexible across different roles and workflows.

Task

A digital platform for the On-Demand Mentorship Program.

Solution

We took a product-first approach, matching business goals with simple user journeys and a modular architecture. We designed the product strategy, UX architecture, interface and interaction patterns, then built the full platform with role management and a scalable content structure. We also designed the programme’s public brand site.

Result

A flexible mentoring platform that supports both structured learning and community growth. Its modular build lets the platform grow with the programme.

We still run it today: support, maintenance, further development. Hosting is provided by the client.
